  • Has $35,000 per month in expenses

    • Submits digital copies bank and credit card every month
    • Receipts and any necessary documents are submitted monthly

Client at 2%
  • Has $35,000 per month in expenses

    • Uses multiple bank accounts
    • Includes personal accounts and mixed transactions
    • Uses several credit cards
    • May carry complex loans and financing situations
    • Often falls behind in paperwork submission
    • Added layers of chaos will push the rate up substantially!

up to 2% of $35,000 = $700/m
Client at 3%
  • Has $35,000 per month in expenses but waits all year to submit everything at once.

    They drop this bomb every year (or a double bomb every 2 years), require lots of follow up and chasing and have no interest in changing their habits to monthly record keeping and submissions.

    As my clientele fills with those at 1% I will be unable to take on these files.

    A deposit is required.

The fine print:

  • Minimum $300/month on package rates
  • Price is subject to change depending on client habits and consistency
  • All invoices are plus GST
  • Xero subscription fee to be paid by client (starts at $25/month)

Payroll - Starting at $50/m based on employees
Includes: Mid and End of month payroll cycle (Bi-weekly on Fridays is also available), monthly remittance advice for payment, record of employment, year end T4 preparation. (Please note – payroll service is only offered to clients under a bookkeeping package)

Corporate Taxes - from $1,800 OR $125/m when prepaid with monthly bookkeeping
Includes: Tax return preparation, electronic filing and hardcopy of filing.

The Simple Tally - The Higher of $1,500/yr or 1% of expenses
This is for businesses that do not want bank & credit card reconciliations. If you are confident that you can provide all your income and expense receipts I will tally it all up based on that, without the added layer of balance that comes with reconciling bank accounts. This no-frills package is best suited for sole proprietors who need to provide their tax preparer with their annual income and expense figures. * Not available to Corporate Clients.

The Bomb Drop - Inquire
New clients may come on board with a year (or more) of catch up to be done. Depending on the level of client effort this work will be completed at either the 1% rate (client submits all work electronically) or 2% rate (client submits physical paperwork for scanning). This is dependent upon the client signing on for a monthly package moving forward.

This is not to be confused with the 3% price charged to those who “drop the bomb” year after year after year.
